Stephen Cirino serves as the Assistant Vice President of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) at the University of the Arts.. His experience in community service and involvement in DEI initiatives reflects his passion for promoting diversity and inclusivity in all facets of his professional and personal life. Stephen's notable accomplishments include being a part of the team responsible for developing the DEIA Committee at the University of the Arts and his unwavering commitment to advancing diversity and inclusivity in higher education.

Before his tenure at the University of the Arts, Stephen worked for over seven years at Sony Music Entertainment/Red Distribution. He served as a digital and physical distribution specialist, releasing platinum and gold bands such as Alabama Shakes and Awolnation. In addition, he is an accomplished entrepreneur, having established his own management and distribution company, Future Management, where he released eight Billboard-charting albums. Stephen consults for the Grammy Nominated artist Amel Larrieux, manages musicians such as Hart Ramsey and Dave Cirino, and provides advisory services for Common Wealth Entertainment. Stephen's expertise in the music industry has also led to his noteworthy commentary as a CNBC contributor discussing the rise of Spotify.
